Hi! I'm Lyndsey Payzant Wells, a PR and marketing consultant. I've worked for global public relations agencies and corporations, and have now combined that background with my love of blogging and social media to provide strategic, relevant counsel to bloggers and brands, big and small.
Specialties include writing, media relations, social media, event planning, project management, online advertising and blogger consulting. My clients have been featured in Reader's Digest, The New York Times, USA Today, Parents, Redbook, Costco Connection, Men's Journal, the Associated Press and more.
I'm super passionate about bringing people together through social media. Upon moving to Seattle in 2011, I co-founded the local blogger group Seattle Bloggers Unite!, an avenue for building blogger relationships via monthly meetups, idea sharing and networking opportunities. For more information about SBU meetups, follow us on Twitter or click "request to join" on our Facebook page.
And, since 2009, I've been editor-in-chief of The Stationery Place, a blog about my favorite paper finds. I've worked with brands like Hallmark, Crane & Co., Avery, 3M, Hello!Lucky and countless other independent letterpress studios. I spoke at the 2012 National Stationery Show on a panel titled "Top Bloggers Talk Stationery Trends."
In my free time, I love to read blogs (naturally!), run, read, watch movies, decorate my house, explore my new residence of Seattle and -- my very favorite thing -- spend time with my husband and little boy.
